I have always been able to get my van in quickly for urgent service rather than being told that the next available opening is in a week or more, like I have experienced at other dealers. Took our C350 here for some warranty work last week, and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a Mercedes store. We had been to other dealers previously (closer to home), but the experience there wasn’t the greatest.
