  • New Vehicle Limited Warranty: When you purchase a Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, any coverage left on its original factory warranty of 4 years or 80,000 km [1] remains in effect throughout its original term. 
  • Standard CPO Warranty: Afterwards, the standard Mercedes-Benz Star Certified Pre-Owned Warranty kicks in, providing 2 years or a total of 120,000 accumulated kilometres of coverage for the powertrain and other major areas. 
  • Extended Warranty: When you purchase an Extended Limited Warranty, you’ll get an additional three-year coverage term after the original warranty expires or 160,000 total vehicle kilometres—whichever comes first [2]. 

The Extended Limited Warranty, coupled with the Star Certified Warranty, is longer than most new-car warranties. What’s more, Authorized dealers, such as Mercedes-Benz Burlington, honour these selections coast to coast [3].

  • 24/7 Roadside Assistance [4]: This package is covered for the duration of the warranty in Canada and the continental U.S. It includes tire changes, jump starts, and fuel refills, as well as towing to a nearby Mercedes-Benz dealership for more complex issues. Call toll-free 1-800-387-0100. 
  • Trip Interruption Coverage: If you’re more than 80 km from Milton, and your vehicle breaks down under warranty, you’ll receive up to $500 for a hotel and up to $600 for transportation while your vehicle is repaired at an authorized service centre. 
  • Vehicle Exchange Privilege: Our CPO vehicles include a 5-day or 500km guarantee—whichever comes first. If your vehicle doesn’t live up to your standards, a credit will be made towards the exchange of another vehicle of equal or greater value, depending on our stock availability.

Repairs covered by the Mercedes-Benz Star Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty are subject to a $50 service charge per repair visit.
